Fynami (“the App”) is developed and published by Kevin Sebastian Arief (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how Fynami handles user data, what information is collected, and how it is used.
1. Overview
Fynami is a mobile app that helps users manage their pets’ activities, feeding schedules, and related information. The App operates primarily offline. Most user data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers, except when required for specific features such as purchases, analytics, or error reporting.
2. Information We Collect
Fynami is designed to collect and process the minimum amount of data necessary to function properly.
a. Local Data
- Feeding plans, weight records, and other pet data are stored locally on your device.
- You can export and import this data using the App’s Backup & Restore feature. These backup files are stored only on your device and never uploaded automatically to any cloud service.
b. Photos and Media
- When you choose a pet photo using the App (via your gallery), Fynami accesses your photos or media library.
- The selected photo is copied and stored inside the App’s local app storage directory so it can be displayed within the App.
- This access and storage occur only when you explicitly choose a photo.
- The App does not access or scan your photo library in the background.
c. Calendar Access

Fynami can create and manage calendar events such as pet appointments, grooming sessions, training schedules, or vet visits.

You can choose whether to:
- Save events to a Google account calendar already on your device, or
- Let Fynami create and manage its own local calendar, which keeps all event data stored entirely on your device.

Fynami itself does not sync calendar data or connect to any online calendar services; all synchronization is handled by your device’s calendar provider (if applicable).
d. Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
- Fynami uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how users interact with the App and to help improve performance, reliability, and features.
- Firebase Analytics collects information such as app usage data, device information, and anonymized identifiers.
- Firebase Analytics may use advertising identifiers to help measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, in accordance with your device’s ad personalization settings.
- We do not use this data to personally identify users.
e. In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)
- Fynami uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions (e.g., Fynami PRO).
- RevenueCat may collect limited purchase-related data, such as transaction identifiers, product identifiers, and user IDs.
- This data is processed under RevenueCat’s own Privacy Policy.
f. Crash and Error Reporting (Sentry)
- Fynami integrates Sentry to help identify and fix bugs and crashes.
- When an error occurs, anonymized diagnostic data (such as app version, device type, and stack trace) may be sent to Sentry.
- No personal or pet-related data is included.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is shared only with trusted third-party services listed above (Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, and Sentry) strictly for analytics, functionality, or debugging purposes.

All permissions are requested only when needed and can be revoked anytime in your device settings.
5. Data Retention
All pet data, photos, and reminders are stored locally on your device and remain until you delete the App or remove data manually. Backup files you create are under your full control.
6. Children’s Privacy
Fynami is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store data from children.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect user data. However, since most data is stored locally, the security of your information also depends on your device’s configuration and backup practices.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date above. If there are significant changes, we will notify users via an in-app notice or an update on the official website.
